After dinner participants can enjoy workshops designed to empower and inspire, helping women find their voices and learn basic skills to feel stronger and safer in their daily lives. Self defence and empowering workshops are lead by Leonie Sherman. Yoga classes are lead by Leopnie Sherman and Pille Mitt.
